Bianca, Fairy Queen of Winter, has many duties which her position requires. Bianca and her court of winter fairies are responsible for the first frost, the first snow, the icicles and all things winter until the spring fairy queen arrives to relieve her of her post. Bianca then travels north for some much needed rest and relaxation.
